Conditions of participation

1. From 25 August to 05 September 2021, receive a lottery ticket for every purchase of MUR 1000 in participating shops at Ascencia Malls: Bagatelle Mall, Phoenix Mall, Riche Terre Mall, Bo’Valon Mall, So’flo, Kendra and Les Allées (Excluding all groceries: Intermart, Jumbo, Jumbo Express, Winners & KingSavers)

2. Lottery tickets will be handed over on presentation of sales receipts.

3. This Lottery has been validated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority.

4. Lottery tickets are available in Ascencia Malls.

5. The draw will take place on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at the Mauritius Turf Club at 10:00 am under the supervision of the officers of the Gambling Regulatory Authority.

6. The Lottery is open to anyone of legal age residing in Mauritius, with the exception of employees of Ascencia Malls and staff of Enatt.

7. The results of the draw will be published in the press. Ascencia Ltd reserves the right to publish the names and photos of the winners on social networks and newsletters.

8. The ticket has security features and may not be forged.

9. In the event of a printing error (E.g ticket not bearing a number), the ticket holder is advised to exchange the ticket for a valid ticket before the date of the draw.

10. The prizes are:

              2. 1 SONY PLAYSTATION 5 (825GB) DISK

              3. 1 night free at Veranda Tamarin Hotel

11. The prizes will be awarded to the winners only on presentation of the original ticket and their identity card. The winners must acknowledge receipt of the prize.

12. The lottery is prohibited for minors.

The prizes are non-negotiable and must be claimed within 6 months of the date of the draw. After this period, no complaint will be taken into consideration.
