Working in collaboration with EnAtt is Atterbury, a leading South-African real estate developer, recognised for its exceptional track record.
In addition to property asset management, Ascencia also benefits from various other services by the Management office of the ENL and Rogers groups. The latter is responsible for internal audit, and company secretarial services for Ascencia.

Simon Harel, an experienced professional, has taken over as the new CEO at Ascencia as of January 15, 2024. His experience at leadership level, and his prior involvement with Ascencia, particularly in his role as Asset Manager, position him ideally to further drive the company’s growth.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance. He is also a member of both the Chartered Accountant Australia & New Zealand and the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. His financial background and experience in operations have been instrumental in his successful leadership and transformation roles across various organisations.
Born in 1990, holder of a BEng(Hons) Mechatronics from the University of Mauritius & a Master in Business Administration with Project Management from the University of Technology of Mauritius. He was previously a Lift Project Engineer at Manser Saxon Elevators, undergoing major repair & maintenance and installations throughout the island. Antish joined the company in July 2018 as an Operations Manager and subsequently took on the role of Centre Manager for Phoenix Mall. He currently holds the Operational Excellence Manager.

Born in 1992, Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management. She joined the company in April 2022 as the Digital Manager, where she spearheads the development of our digital roadmap, facilitating personalised and targeted communications strategies. Sophie's passion lies in meticulously analysing tenants' performance and studying customers' trends. She collaborates closely with the mall marketing team in planning and implementing a diverse range of impactful campaigns and activations throughout the year.
Ashvin has more than 15 years’ financial auditing and accounting experience. He started his career as an auditor at BDO and EY where he left as an audit manager in June 2009, to join ENL Property before moving as the Head of Finance of Ascencia Group and EnAtt Limited. Prior to joining Rogers, Ashvin was for the past three years the Group Finance Manager of Africa Property Development Managers Ltd and Gateway Real Estate Africa, a private real estate company where its main activities were the development of real estate project across Africa. His responsibilities included the full ambit of financial and accounting practices, fund raising and involvement in development projects from a finance and accounting perspective.

With a Diploma in Business Communication, Stephania has over 10 years of experience working in an agency in Mauritius. During this time, she managed a portfolio of clients, focusing on public relations, crisis communication, branding, media relations, and identifying business opportunities. She also contributed to the development of a new office in Reunion Island where she had to adapt to a new environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
Since 2020, she has transitioned into the corporate world, working within Rogers and ENL Groups, specialising in corporate and financial communication for both internal and external audiences.
In line with her belief in empowering others, she volunteers in various community initiatives. Notably, she has supported Chrysalide in helping women recovering from drug abuse to express themselves and work towards independence.
Yaaser graduated from the University of Strasbourg France and is a member of the International Society of Neuro-Semantics, USA as certified Meta-Coach (ACMC). Yaaser worked as Learning & Development Coordinator within the Strategic HR & Talent department at RT Knits Ltd and as coach & consultant at Unlock Potential Company Ltd and Mauritius Sugar Syndicate.
Born in 1991, Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Accounting, Finance Investment and Finance Corporate from the University of Western Australia. He is currently completing the ACCA programme. He started his career in 2013 as Auditor with BDO De Chazal du Mée before joining the Rogers Group in 2015. Since then, he has been working on fund management at Ascencia, as well as being involved in various projects within the Rogers Group. Currently, Robert holds the position of Asset Manager.

Annabelle Koenig holds a degree in arts, sports and health, and has held position of Centre Manager at Equilibre – Centre de Sports et de Santé for 23 years. She joined the company in 2016 as Centre Manager at Kendra and Les Allées and in 2017, as Centre Manager at So’flo. She currently holds the position of Property Manager for Rogers House.
Born in 1982, Parama is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has more than 15 years’ experience in finance with local companies operating in the insurance, medical and property fields. He joined EnAtt Ltd in July 2015 as Accountant and has since been responsible of the finance function for several properties. Parama now holds the position of Asset Manager.
Born in 1987, I hold a BA(hons) Business Management (Finance Major) from Northumbria University and started my career at Bramer Asset Management as Assistant Accountant from 2012- 2015. I then joined Medine Property from Aug 2015 – Jan 2023 holding different positions including Development Executive and most recently Asset Manager where I had the privilege of overseeing diverse property portfolios, ensuring seamless operations, and maximising the value of each asset. Currently, I am proud to serve as centre manager at Ascencia where I bring my passion for effective leadership and organisational excellence.

Jean Patrice holds a BSc(Hons) Accounting with Finance from the University of Technology, Mauritius.
He was previously working in the finance department of Explast Ltd, Pallagames Ltd, Tower Bridge Projects and Broll Property and Facilities Management Ltd.
He Joined the company in April 2019 as Property Accountant and has been working on the following portfolio Bagatelle Mall, Head-Office, Bo’Valon Mall, Phoenix Mall and Rogers House. He was promoted to Centre manager of Bo’Valon Mall in July 2022

Holding an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Management, along with a BA in Entrepreneurship and Management, Hector Espitalier-Noël has extensive expertise in business operations and strategic management. As the Centre Manager of Bagatelle Mall, he leads all mall operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and marketing.
Previously, he was a Managing Consultant at Genpact, focusing on digital transformation and IT process improvements across markets. Earlier roles included sales and digital marketing positions at Axess and ENL Limited, where he led successful projects in sales efficiency, marketing strategies, and brand promotion.
Beyond professional achievements, Hector is a responsible citizen, volunteering with Foodwise Foundation and contributing to community welfare by building a house for homeless people in 2019.
Holder of a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (Civil Engineering) from the University of Western Australia, Giorgio handled numerous projects including commercial buildings, Hotels and water projects. With over 10 years of site-based experience, he previously led teams of up to 200 engineers, workers, foremen & sub-contractors. The holder of Holder of the Australian and European citizenships has a strong understanding of site Management & engineering design.
With over 30 years of experience in the textile industry, Amarr has specialised in quality management. His most recent role was as the Head of Quality at Aquarelle Clothing Limited, overseeing operations across Mauritius and Madagascar. In addition to quality, he managed compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards. He has honed strong leadership and management skills, led diverse teams to achieve enhanced quality outcomes, and implemented strategic initiatives to improve quality standards. His career has been marked by a commitment to excellence, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. He is now eager to bring his extensive expertise and passion to EnAtt.
