Innovation: What innovative approaches is your agency implementing to enhance the travel experience for customers, whether through technology, service delivery, or unique experiences?

Since our operations in 2016, Titanium Travel Club has always tried to bring some fresh and innovative ideas to elevate its services and offerings in order to make the travel experiences more personalised and memorable.

In the coming weeks, our Travel Agency will launch ''Themed Travel Experiences'' that focus on specific interests such as Food Tourism, Adventure Travel, Wellness Retreats, Cultural immersion ect…

Our 1st themed travel experience will be proposed during the Festival of Travel and Leisure that will be held at Bagatelle Mall from 14 to 16 February 2025.

 

Trends in the industry: How do you see the travel and leisure industry evolving over the next few years, especially in light of recent technological advancements and changing consumer preferences?

We can see a growing demand for eco-friendly accommodations, sustainable tourism practices, and carbon-neutral travel options. This includes things like green hotels, eco-tourism, and carbon offset programs for flights. Travelers will seek out destinations, hotels, and tours with recognized sustainability certifications like Green Key or Green Globe.

On the other side, AI will enhance personalized travel experiences by analyzing vast amounts of data based on preferences, past behaviors, and even real-time factors like weather or local events.

 Virtual Reality (VR) will become important tools in both the planning and experience stages. For example, travelers could "try before they buy" with VR tours of hotels or destinations.

 

Festival impact: Can you share how the Festival has evolved and what new trends or developments you are most excited about presenting to festival-goers in this upcoming edition?

Mauritian travelers will mainly come to this Festival to look for Travel and Leisure Deals. In terms of new trend as mentioned earlier, Titanium will propose its 1st ''Themed Travel Experience'’.

The public will also have the opportunity to interact with Travel Experts from Travel Agencies and Airlines. Also to discover the freshly renovated Cotton Bay in Rodrigues.
