Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Marketing Coordinator's main responsibilities will be to assist the Marketing team in ensuring the delivery of innovative marketing campaigns. As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll craft compelling campaigns, engage with diverse audiences, and play a key role in shaping the mall experience for visitors and tenants alike.

Job Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualising, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to promote the mall, its events, and tenants.
  • Digital Marketing: Managing the mall's digital presence, including social media channels, website content, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Tenant Relations: Collaborating with tenants to promote their businesses through joint marketing efforts and events.
  • Event Coordination: Organising and overseeing events and promotions within the mall, such as seasonal celebrations, sales events, and community activities.
  • Public Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with local media, influencers, and community stakeholders to enhance the mall's visibility and reputation.
  • Budget Management: Developing and adhering to marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective strategies.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs, and preparing regular reports for management.
  • Creative Content: Collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create compelling visual and written content for marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement within the mall, including loyalty programs and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Organise communication platforms such as coffee meetings, one to one meetings and oversee retailer newsletters on a monthly basis
  • To manage and respond to complaints and queries raised by retailers and the general public in relation to the Services.
  • Work closely with all agencies to develop yearly media plan and ensure timely implementation of marketing communications
  • Overall, as a Marketing Coordinator for a mall, you play a crucial role in driving foot traffic, increasing tenant occupancy, and fostering a positive and vibrant community atmosphere.
Job Qualitifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the Marketing industry
  • Fluent in French & English
  • Excellent communication / people skills
  • Able to work both independently as well as a member of a team
  • Proactive & Dynamic
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, creating stories and have experience in creating engaging video content
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Packages
  • Knowledge of web design and \or graphic design tool (e.g Photoshop) would be an advantage
  • A valid driving license would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal Skills
Roaster System
  1. Late Duty (Once per week maximum)

The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at 9h30 and finishes at 18h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).

  1. Weekend Duty (Once per month maximum)

The employee needs to be on duty for any two shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:

  • Friday late shift (11h00 to 20h00)
  • Saturday early shift (08h30 to 14h00)
  • Saturday late shift (12h00 to 20h00)
  • Sunday shift (08h30 to 14h00)
